blog I am telling about Some effective
ways to manage and control High blood pressure and Reduce
the risk of Heart Disease and Stroke (Brain stroke).
1. Adopt a Heart-Healthy and Balanced Diet:
Follow The DASH
Diet : The
Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension
What is Dash Diet - it is
eating plan, designed to prevent and treat high blood pressure. it include following.
Fruits and Vegetables :
Eat More fruits and vegetables. These are rich in potassium,
magnesium, and fiber.
Whole Grains :
Porridge porridge ( Daliya ),
jwar, whole wheat , brown rice and oatmeal.
Low-Fat or Fat-Free Dairy product :
Consume 2-3 servings per day, like milk, yogurt, and
buttermilk. Nuts, Seeds, and Legumes. Avoid Dairy product if
possible.
Healthy Fats:
Limit fats and oils . Always Avoid Packing item. Try to
consume fresh home made items.
Avoid Sugars and Sweets :
Reduce intake of sugar -
Cold drinks,pastry, cake, ice cream, jam, sauce, creamy
biscuits, chocolates, toffee, sweets.
Limit Alcohol Consumption:
Limit Caffeine / Tea /Coffee:
Quit Smoking:
Smoking increases blood pressure and damages blood
vessels.
2. Exercise Regularly:
At least 30 minutes daily moderate physical activity such
as Brisk walking, cycling, jogging or swimming or any other hard work.
3. Maintain a Healthy Weight:
If you are obese and fatty,
you should start weight loss Process. Losing even a small amount of
weight can help lower Blood pressure.
Why loose extra weight
Carrying extra weight, can put
additional strain on the heart and blood vessels. This can lead to an increase
in blood pressure, as the heart has to work harder to pump blood throughout the
body.
4. Manage Stress:
Practice relaxation techniques
like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga to reduce stress levels. achieve
mental piece and satisfaction in life.
5. Get Quality Sleep:
Aim for 7-9 hours of sound
sleep each night to help regulate blood pressure.
6. Regular Monitoring of Blood
Pressure:
Regularly checking your blood
pressure can help you stay on top of your health and track the effects of
lifestyle changes. also help in early detection of Blood pressure.
